Our Fleet Services team plays a crucial role in making this happen by making sure that our vehicles remain in optimum condition through top quality maintenance and repairs. To accommodate for our continued growth, we are looking for an Insurance Claims Administrator , ideal for an individual keen to add value to our Fleet Services team by managing the end-to-end process of all our vehicle accident claims. Although this role is based at our Campbellfield depot , you will be responsible for supporting our North region depots which are located across Queensland and Northern Territory. What you can expect: Manage timely and accurate processing of claims and liaise with third parties to coordinate records, repairs and associated administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims related activities, correspondence, and documentation. Perform data entry of claims information and produce reports as requested, using software systems to input and extract relevant data. Retrieve accident evidence (CCTV footage, witness statements, pictures etc.) to update claims records and assist with completing accident investigations as required. Overlook the purchase orders process and process all workshop-related invoices including the monitoring and approval of invoices. Monitor the progress of claims and ensure timely updates are provided to relevant parties. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to claims management. Facilitate meetings with Fleet Administration staff and collaborate with them to assist with claims management, claims approval processes and reporting. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the claims management workflow. The boxes you'll tick: Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in insurance claims management is advantageous. Proven experience in claims coordination or a related field, preferably in the transportation industry. Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance claims procedures, including reporting, documentation, and settlement processes. Excellent planning and organizing ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously, including the ability to meet deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders. Strong customer service focus, either face-to-face or on the phone, and ability to deal with a diverse range of people. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Suite products as well as ability to learn in-house software systems. Understanding of confidentiality requirements and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The benefits of working with us: Annual salary of up to $75 000 superannuation.
