The Accountants Assistant is responsible for the day to day accounts function including: Accounts Payable and accounts receivable function Ensure invoice processing is up to date to allow timely payment of accounts in accordance with payment terms General administration support What we’re looking for: Certificate 3 or 4 in Accounting and/or 2-3 years demonstrated experience working as Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer Understanding and experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable functions and relevant accounting controls Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational and project management skills. High level attention to detail High level analytical and problem-solving skills.
