Construction Training Fund Program Administration Officer Level 2, $67,302 - $72,386, Public Sector CSA Agreement 2022 Position No: Pool Ref 02-2024 Work Type: Permanent - Part Time, Permanent - Full Time, Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time Location: Belmont Closing Date: 2024-04-26 9:00 AM (YYYY-MM-DD) This is a pool recruitment process which will be used to fill vacancies on a Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time basis with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool for twelve months from the date of finalization of the recruitment process. Who are we? The Construction Training Fund is a small team responsible for administration of a levy on all building and construction works in Western Australia. We use this levy to assist in a skilled workforce by funding training and programs for apprentices, trainees and their employers in the building and construction industry. The Program Administration Officer administers processes including data processing; correspondence; compiling reports and responding to customer queries to ensure effective and efficient delivery of CTF levy and disbursement programs. Selection Criteria To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: Demonstrated skill and data entry accuracy across Microsoft Office and other software packages. Demonstrated well developed numeracy skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated well developed organisational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment to meet targets and deadlines, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work within agreed timelines. Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service. Acts professionally at all times and operates within the boundaries of codes governing conduct, legal and policy requirements.
