Your New Team & Role This role, reporting to the Regional P&C Manager for our East, Central & West Regions, forms part of our high-performing P&C team. You will play a key role in delivering Human Resources administration throughout the organisation, while based in Kwinana, WA. The role will commence as a 6 month contract, with possibility of extension. Responsibilities Provide recruitment administrative support completing activities such as completion of the candidate verification process (booking medicals, police checks, and employment references), contract preparation, onboarding documentation, new starter system set up, and coordination of first-day induction. Prepare organisational announcements for new starters and assist with communication with relevant stakeholders Provide quality operational, processing, and system support services for P&C Operations. Ensure all personnel records and data sources are maintained and updated in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and complying with set guidelines and standards. Management of the P&C inbox, assist where possible with employee enquires and any other queries distribute to the relevant P&C functional area. Assist with sorting and distribution of external mail. Upkeep of Organisational charts and regular distribution via the company intranet page Preparation of Human Resource documentation and letters Issue and prepare basic P&C internal and external reports Manage the PO process including raising PO numbers, coding and processing orders, and month-end accruals for open purchase orders for all goods and services ordered on behalf of the P&C department. Preparation, management, and distribution of employee service awards nationally Renewal and review of all subscription and membership services related to the P&C Department. Management of the ELMO system in relation to on and offboarding of employees Coordination of relevant training as required for employees. Assistance with P&C projects as required. About you We are looking for a team player who is self-driven, confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possesses the following skills and experience:- Must be located in Western Australia Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a similar P&C Administration role or alternatively has prior experience within an administration role and is looking to start their career within People and Culture. Strong administrative skills and high levels of attention to detail. Strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders.
