Role Responsibilities: As an integral part of our team, you will: Take the lead in the absence of the director, ensuring smooth operation of the centre. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their professional growth. Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and education. Develop strong relationships with families, educators, and children, creating a supportive community. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of our service. Essential Selection Criteria: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, demonstrating your commitment to the field. Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training, or willingness to obtain. Working with Children Check clearance, ensuring the safety and security of our children. Sound knowledge of National Quality Frameworks, Education and Care National Regulation, and Law. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders. Reliability, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic, essential for success in a dynamic environment.
