About the Role Provide administrative relief for all types of leave to administrative positions including emergent leave. Contribute to revenue generation for organisation by fulfilling all tasks as per policy and procedure manuals. Undertake secretarial functions such as coordinating appointments, dairy management, scheduling appointments and meetings, secretariat to meetings and any other administrative/secretariat support as required. Manage workflows by determining priorities and precedents to ensure that work is finalised within required timeframes.
