Your New Opportunity: Join our vibrant administrative team and immerse yourself in the dynamic atmosphere of our fast-paced, collaborative workplace. Our administrative team is currently looking for an enthusiastic Training Administration Officer, to join our engaged team on a full-time basis. As one of the key supportive staff in the head office for Eureka, you will provide essential day-to-day customer service, support phone and email enquiries and assist with general office duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Assist in RTO administration and compliance, including managing course bookings, student enrolments, and record maintenance. Process course payments, generate client quotes, and issue invoices. To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer service. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork. While experience in accounts, invoicing, or office business systems is advantageous, it is not essential.
