Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Undertake and provide administrative support to the Branch and the business as required Collaborate with the Service Administration team, CAM and managers to deliver excellent customer service Work closely with the Service Administration team to ensure relevant KPI’s are met Support and assist service technicians with timesheets and schedules via Pronto, Salesforce Service Field, etc. Generate service jobs, purchase orders, FSQ, PIRs & goods receipting, invoicing, etc. Generate accurate & timely reports and maintain master asset data base Assist in contract set up, tender docs and management processes Assist in new employees onboarding process with other support services as required Oversee the training of service staff when necessary Maintain client portal requirements Develop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholder.
