We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Tender Engineer in our Sydney office. You will be responsible for the preparation of quotations and tender submissions covering the full range of Services activities, such as installation / testing, contracts, upgrades / re-engineering, retrofit solutions and digital services. Your focus will be on Critical Power and Cooling Services. Responsibilities Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender specifications for Field Service activities Identify cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements (both explicit and implied) Collaborate with local and overseas internal stakeholders, plus customer interaction - as required Prepare costing sheets to show the cost and margin of offers, ensuring minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price levels Prepare high quality quotations that define the technical solution proposed, whilst mitigating technical and commercial risks Ideal Candidate Electrical Engineering Degree (or Diploma as a minimum) Previous experience in the supply, installation and site testing of Critical Power and Cooling Previous experience in submission of major tenders and preparing quotations The ability to read and interpret technical specifications, commercial and contract conditions, and single line drawings Exceptional interpersonal skills Freedom Inspires Innovation We trust and empower our people to work flexibly, allowing them to thrive and perform at their best.
