In the role of Senior Administration Officer within the Office of Senior Executive Director (OSED), SP&C, is to work closely with the Executive Officer and Senior Executive Officer to support the Senior Executive Director and the functions of SP&C through executive support, reporting and advice around human resource management, budget and financial operations, facilities, accommodation and telecommunication management, and governance matters. As Senior Administration Officer, you will specifically: Develop, implement and maintain effective administrative systems, including systems relating to the management of human resource, finance, asset, performance reporting and business processes. Provide timely, high-quality advice and support to the Executive Officer and Senior Executive Officer for the Senior Executive Director. Manage the business processes relating to the human, financial and physical resources, including preparation of budget forecasts and expenditure, reconciliations and management of assets. Participate as a member of the Management Team and contribute to strategic and operational planning, reviews and key decision making. Liaise with clients, Departmental officers and other government and nongovernment organisations as necessary. Enhance the Workgroup by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improvement.
