Who we're looking for: A new opportunity has arisen for a highly capable HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR team based in Sydney HQ. You will play an important role providing quality and efficient administrative, transactional and team support to the wider NSW/ACT operational teams. As an Ambassador for the HR team, day to day tasks will include generalist HR administration duties such as: coordination of our new starter processes (onboarding/inductions/pre-employment medicals/letters of offer); HRIS/database maintenance; reporting; accounts and invoice administration; assistance with regional HR project initiatives; administration of changes to staff T&Cs and payroll support. If you have tertiary qualification in Business or HR, solid experience in an HR/Office Administration role, are skilled in database management and have ability to build strong and effective working relationships, then this is a great role to start or continue your HR career journey. The role relies on strong organisational skills, attention to detail and thoroughness. Proficiency in MS office and a being a team player are some of the key skills that will help you succeed in this role. Flexibility options are available.
