Instore Field Retail Trainer | NSW — The Rocks, Sydney

Play a crucial role in the training, development & success of retail teams across the NSW retail shopfront portfolio. About Your New Role & Employer: We are seeking an experienced Instore Field Trainer for a premium furniture brand with plenty of stores across Australia. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional training to enhance the overall customer experience; each location will have different focuses, areas for improvement and goals. It will be up to you to identify where the focus should land and collaboratively work with the store and regional managers to set up a training program ultimately resulting in positive outcomes (whether that be increased sales or engagement and confidence from the team) Some Responsibilities In The Role Will Be: Conducting training sessions on sales, leadership, point of sales operations, project initiatives and evolving topics to the NSW network. Collaborate with Store Managers, regional managers and other senior stakeholders to identify areas for further learning and development within the brand; as well as provide feedback to streamline processes. Be the driving force ensuring teams are are meeting their training and improvement goals - providing further training and insight when necessary which may mean being present on the showroom floor and leading by experience. Please Note: This role requires travel across Sydney and regional NSW. You will need your own vehicle and a valid driver's license. A vehicle allowance is included in the salary package & overnight accommodation requirements is covered. The Experience Checklist: In order to be meet the criteria required to be successful for this role please ensure you have the following experience/ qualifications clearly outlined in your resume: A background in sales training with corporate retail management experience. Ability to demonstrate examples of training initiatives, workshops and strategies previously created, how they were implemented and their outcomes. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent hands on experience in a training/ L&D focused role. Ability to work with various types of stakeholder with different communication styles or levels of seniority. What's In It For You?
