The main focus of the position is to provide a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively processing novated lease documentation and answering customer queries. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Contacting customers after order placement to issue and obtain all necessary documentation and ensure the customers file meets quality requirements, ready to handover to the deliveries team. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales processes and systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates in accordance with company policy. Managing queries and objections for orders in the pipeline that have not yet been transferred to the deliveries team. Professionally addressing any customer queries or escalations in line with the complaint management process. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide professional resolutions to customer queries. Perform other administrative activities supporting the overall team efficiency and its ability to achieve targets. Perform other duties in line with functions within the sales support team, such as lead allocation, file check and phone queue customer service.
