Head of Enterprise Sales — The Rocks, Sydney

The position In this senior sales leadership role, the Head of Enterprise Sales will lead the sales activity associated with Tiimely’s SaaS solutions across the Australian market. Target sectors include banks, mutuals, non-bank lenders, fintechs, finance brokers and other platform/ technology suppliers. Engaging across the market and within the Tiimely organisation, you will build an understanding of the business challenges and needs of prospects, whilst gaining context and understanding of our evolving product set, roadmap and cultural DNA. Dedicated to technology and solving problems, you will be fully immersed in the market, acting in the best interest of our customers and Tiimely while contributing collaboratively internally, sharing market insights and intelligence to help influence and shape the product road maps. Responsibilities include: Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to create and execute the sales strategy. Identifying opportunities by proactively prospecting, and qualifying leads. Leading sales opportunities from start to close. Achieving sales targets and KPIs. Conducting solution demonstrations for potential customers. Engaging with internal solutions and product teams to support an efficient and seamless sales experience. Proactively sharing market intelligence with internal stakeholders. Understanding the competitive landscape in light of the Tiimely product set, capability and product roadmap. Understanding customer buying cycles and internal priorities to support targeted sales. Developing a deep understanding of the Tiimely solutions and the product roadmap in support of market mapping and qualification of needs of potential customers. Being accountable for responses to RFIs and RFPs using outstanding stakeholder relationships. Seek ways to make these processes scalable and efficient. Understanding the legislative and regulatory environment in which Tiimely operates with respect to our SaaS solutions. Participating in technical leadership and decision-making activities contributing towards the overall Enterprise solution design and continuous improvement. About you You have solid demonstrated experience selling tech solutions into the financial services sector. Ideally your experience has been gained in the credit / lending space and you have completed training with a recognised sales methodology. You enjoy building trusted relationships and work well in a target driven role. You have the confidence and knowledge to conduct solution demonstrations and to field specific requirements and questions. You have the ability to see the link between business challenges of prospects and how tech solutions can achieve positive outcomes for prospects. You’re tech savvy and have exceptional business and commercial acumen. Good time management comes to you naturally and you’re reliable – you do what you say you are going to do. You understand the value of maintaining comprehensive sales opportunity records, including correspondence, meeting notes and pipeline updates. You have an understanding of the regulatory, legislative and risk frameworks within financial services and how to apply them to business and partner relationships. You’ve worked in collaborative environments with cross-function teams including Customer Success and Marketing. A great communicator, you know how to put your negotiation skills to work. You know how to adapt your interactions with stakeholders whilst always being sincere and maintaining integrity. What's in it for you?
