We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to provide vital administration support to our clients busy Fabrication workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing job sheets, data entry, and coordinating production schedules to ensure seamless operations within the fabrication workshop. This role is crucial in maintaining commitment to quality, safety and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage and organise job sheets for various projects within the workshop. Conduct accurate and timely data entry to maintain comprehensive records of production activities. Coordinate with production teams to schedule and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols. Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project requirements. Requirements: Experience working within a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
