Role Purpose The Communications Project Specialist is responsible for assisting with the planning and delivery of the 50 Years Strong project. The Specialist will provide end-to-end project management including the delivery of key communications and marketing activities. The role will also be responsible for continually reviewing content and providing advice to ensure the activation delivers on its strategic goal of engaging with the Capricorn Community. Capabilities Required Skills, Knowledge and Attributes • Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated ability to use clear and effective verbal and written communication to express ideas and formulate plans. • Ability to manage projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters • Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals. • Experience creating and managing content on digital channels • Demonstrate understanding of internal and external stakeholder requirements and needs and ability to proactively shape and influence. • Presence and credibility to work with the leaders across all levels of the organisation. • Ability to work autonomously and provide expert technical guidance when required. • Demonstrated commercial acumen, understanding the business environment and objectives and applying sound judgement to develop effective solutions.
