Move with us for a better world Your Role We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive for our Hospitality & Residential Segment to join the Western Australian Field Sales team. The role boasts with variety and has a key focus on new business development (70%) and account management (30%). A secondary focus of the role is on luxury residential customers and building a relationship with architects, interior designers and furniture showrooms. In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry-credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. Your Impact Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update Salesforce daily Increase customer satisfaction Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment. What you should bring: At least 3 years' sales experience as a BDM or Sales role Hunter personality Degree in relevant field Experience in prospecting, managing complex deals and selling solutions Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills Solid experience with CRM software.
