We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead our team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers to new heights As the ANZ IaaS Sales Manager at Ingram Micro, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial targets are not just met but exceeded. You'll be at the forefront of managing our territory, fostering strategic partnerships with resellers, and driving value-added services that set us apart from the competition. Responsibilities, Supporting Actions: Lead and mentor an ANZ team of Business Development Managers to achieve and surpass sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion across ANZ across all IaaS vendors. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze ANZ market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching to team members to foster continuous improvement. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. Managing, developing and growing their regional customers through: Adequate account management deployment Direct frequent contact with senior customer management Analyse sales statistics and results and recommend strategic & tactical plans for improvement Input into company pricing strategy/guidelines and management of State based pricing within these guidelines Motivate and manage team members by pro-actively developing team skills and knowledge, tailoring help to each individual Develop members of the sales team with a particular view to their product and market knowledge and their selling and customer care skills Essential Skills, Experience & Requirements: 10 years relevant Cloud and IaaS sales experience ideally gained within the ICT industry within either distribution, vendor or reseller organisations. At least 5 years people management experience, ideally gained in a mix between local and remote management Experience with running team across ANZ Exceptional history of sales success Strong organizational and planning skills with highly developed pipeline and forecasting skills Degree qualified in Business, Commerce or Accounting Intermediate skills utilising MS Office 365 Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Exceptional relationship management skills What's in it for you At Ingram Micro, we treat each other with dignity & respect, providing an environment where you are always encouraged to be yourself.
