Qualifications Demonstrated passion to work in a high achievement, sales focused and outcome driven team Proven ability to provide guests with an exceptional service experience Ability to engage guests in conversations that build genuine connections Experience in developing a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and local experiences Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels Highly developed computer literacy, particularly with common office applications Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision Experience with ticketing systems is highly desirable
