Learn more at www.ingrammicro.com About role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion within Ingram Micro. The successful candidate will lead a national team of Business Development Managers, ensuring the achievement of financial performance targets and the delivery of value-added services to our resellers. Responsibilities, Supporting Actions include but not limited to: Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers to achieve and surpass sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Drive sales success through effective pipeline management and utilization of CRM tools. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with organizational goals. Provide regular performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching to team members. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. Build and maintain a close working relationship with key vendors. Motivate and manage team members by proactively developing their skills. Analyze sales and margin statistics to identify plans for improvement. Responsible for revenue and expenditure budgets. Input into company pricing strategy/guidelines Essential Skills, Experience & Requirements: 10 years relevant Cloud and Cyber Services sales experience ideally gained within the ICT industry within either distribution, vendor or reseller organisations. At least 3 years people management experience, ideally gained in a mix between local and remote management Exceptional history of sales success Strong organizational and planning skills with highly developed pipeline and forecasting skills Degree qualified in Business, Commerce or Accounting Intermediate skills utilising MS Office 365 Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Exceptional relationship management skills Join our team and become part of an innovative and dynamic organization dedicated to driving excellence in cyber sales management.
