The Role This position could be a job share or could also give more hours. It offers a blend of customer interaction and sales acumen, making every day an opportunity to showcase your skills. Your responsibilities will include: Adapting to flexible shifts within the job-share structure: 7am-12pm, 12pm-4.30pm, or full days from 7am-4.30pm or could be more full time. Excelling in sales: Confidently engage in phone-based sales, adept at converting inquiries from new leads into sales while providing excellent service. Customer relationship management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty. Accounts Receivable Skills Ability to work autonomously and independently Smooth operation: Efficiently handle bookings, logistics, and driver coordination, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Key Skills Demonstrated sales prowess, with a focus on lead conversion and relationship cultivation. Superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation, managing customer challenges effectively. Independent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Detail-oriented, especially in using Excel and in house systems Knowledge of Melbourne suburbs and proficiency with Google Maps for scheduling and routing.
