About the role: Due to continued growth across NOVIS, we are looking to employ an experienced Service Administrator to join our Service & Installation Team. This is a fast-paced role with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail required. Some of your key responsibilities and day to day accountabilities include:  Processing customer orders, inquiries, quotes, and returns.  Scheduling & communicating directly with the Service Technicians to co-ordinate maintenance and repair work.  Monitoring jobs to ensuring high quality of customer service and rapid completion  Managing repair exchange & warranty parts  Advising customers of progress of service/warranty support  Maintaining service contracts.
