Collaborating with service & parts at Westar Trucks, Derrimut, you'll process warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and submissions An excellent opportunity exists at Westar Trucks in Derrimut for a highly motivated individual to join our Service Department team. Ideally, you'll have experience in a dealership warranty in either heavy or light vehicles. Responsibilities: Manage and process warranty claims for all vehicles sold by the dealership Review and verify warranty documentation for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of warranty claims Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of warranty-related issues Stay up to date with warranty guidelines and requirements from manufacturers Requirements: Previous experience as a Dealership Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Excellent organisational and time management skills Pentana, DMS and SAP experience are desirable Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Our amazing benefits.
