You will be rewarded with above market salary between the range of $120,000 to $160,000, with a support from Senior leadership and a fully autonomous team to lead. ROLE: Reporting to the Senior Leadership figures You will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors Manage all relevant stakeholders Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have: A Relevant tertiary degree A strong commercial mindset with experience on constructing Fitout & Refurbishment projects > $10m Demonstrated experience working for a Main Contractor Proven track record as a Contract Administrator in the Fitout sector Excellent communication and presentation skills A go get attitude with a hardworking mentality Unlimited Australian working rights CONTACT RYAN ON 0431 767 838 OR ON r.attardaspectpersonnel.com.au
