For the latest updates and to learn more about Lotterywest, follow us on Facebook or visit our website www.lotterywest.wa.gov.au Job Profile In conjunction with key stakeholders (internal and external), the Senior Manager Organisational Design and Development manages the design and implementation of key organisation wide strategic priorities that have an impact on organisational design, development, culture, capability, and capacity to deliver. This role also has accountability for workplace facilities, ensuring that all staff and visitors are provided with safe, secure, and appropriate workplace services in a timely, effective and friendly manner. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of multiple strategic initiatives, supporting policies and projects in consultation with senior leaders, to build capability across Lotterywest Healthway to deliver on strategic plan. Provide timely, expert advice and guidance to Corporate Executive and Senior Leaders on complex trends, best practice, and issues to support informed decision making in respect to the development and implementation of programs of work to achieve strategic priorities. Lead workforce planning efforts through development and administration of a framework to establish resource plans for key projects and supporting Business Units with a BAU focus to meet resource demands. Lead cultural change and in partnership with the Director People and Culture and develop the People Strategy and Delivery Plan to support achievement of strategic priorities. Lead cross agency project teams to deliver organisational change by applying project management tools and techniques and managing resources appropriately, including ensuring that all change activities have fit for purpose communication and staff engagement plans and are appropriately monitored and evaluated against delivery objectives. Introduce and maintain effective procedures and processes that enable effective organisation performance, changing behaviour and realising potential. Support the design and implementation of target operating model, challenging ‘traditional thinking’ and pursuing innovation.
