Senior Solution Architect - Application Design — The Rocks, Sydney

What you'll do The Technology business unit is on a transformational journey to build and shape our future enterprise through uplifting and modernising our technology landscape, continuing the evolution to the cloud, and investing in critical future-focussed skills and capabilities. As a Senior Solution Architect- Application Design, you will support projects and fellow architects, primarily focusing on Solution Architecture services. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding strategic technical decisions and investment priorities within our Integrity Services team. Leading solution planning and delivery, you'll ensure the effective implementation of world-class architecture solutions across the Gaming business, positioning Tabcorp for future success in a dynamic environment. Other responsibilities include: Collaborate with the MAX business and Gaming Services Technology teams to create strategic product / platform roadmaps. Drive architectural direction on key projects, delivering on the MAX business' strategy. Facilitate software product selection and configuration design, supporting product managers in end-of-life decisions. Continuously assess and evolve solution architecture documentation ensuring accuracy and currency Provide informed Technology recommendations, identifying potential innovations through emerging technologies. Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for implementing solutions architecture aligned with enterprise strategy. Create architectural designs to guide solution development, including reference architectures and detailed design principles. What you'll bring Several years' experience in solution architecture positions in large-scale ICT environments. Experience in delivering on architecture practices that produce measurable business value and outcomes. Demonstrated experience consulting and providing advice to C suite business leaders and technology teams, with a proven ability to develop creative and efficient solutions. Excellent at assessing and communicating technical options, implications and recommendations via simple, concise and compelling reports, briefs and roadmaps. An extensive understanding of the Information and Technology industry, as well as emerging technologies. Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams. Knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries.
