The Company Our client is a leading food manufacturing business who are continuing to experience strong organic growth further securing their position as a market leader in their space. They are now looking for a Reliability Engineer to join one of their largest sites, and be responsible for rolling out reliability strategies and improvements across the facility based in Lidcombe, NSW. The Role Reporting to the Reliability Manager and closely working alongside Maintenance, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing a team of trades ensuring maintenance and project activities are being completed effectively including quality, cost, time and productivity requirements. Developing the maintenance team in fault finding techniques, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams and other methodologies to facilitate a thorough and proactive maintenance culture. Implementing changes, upgrades or modifications to existing systems. Your Background Degree or trade qualified in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Extensive experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies to bring about a proactive and preventative maintenance culture. Experience in Root Cause Analysis techniques, as well as CI methodologies, including; 5S and LEAN. You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
