About the Role: As our Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our Disability & Home Care team. Reporting directly to the Division Manager, you will assist in various accounting tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensuring accuracy and consistency of record-keeping on our internal accounting systems. Maintaining accurate financial records and providing regular reports to our leaders. Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties. Managing debt prevention activities, invoicing, and debt recovery efforts. Reconciling payments and correctly recording expenses. Managing participants' funding using PACE & NDIS claiming. Providing support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and offering assistance as needed. Contributing to financial reporting and auditing processes. About You: We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and qualities: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. High energy, strong work ethic, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Initiative-taking attitude and ability to thrive in a supportive team environment. At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency in Xero. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Are You Ready to Join Our Team?
