Role Objectives: - Drive aftermarket sales and profitability goals in a designated area. - Analyze dealer aftermarket performance to optimize participation in sales programs. - Plan, forecast, price, and manage sales programs and aftermarket products. - Identify new business opportunities, visit customers, monitor competitors, and recommend new products. - Ensure compliance with company policies and lead dealer aftermarket sales and marketing plans. - Communicate effectively with customers and train parts and service professionals. - Identify competitive conversion opportunities and optimize business processes. - Execute dealer aftermarket reward programs through reporting and plan development. Your Role As the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will lead dealership aftermarket sales, driving revenue from parts, attachments, lubricants and services. You will develop and execute dealer aftermarket sales and marketing plans, ensuring the success of genuine, tiered, and remanufactured parts solutions. Your insights and leadership will be critical in achieving our sales and profitability goals within your defined area. Desired Skills - Proven track record of achieving sales goals in the aftermarket industry. - Ability to gather and provide timely market insights to influence marketing strategies. - Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and seize opportunities. - Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and technological advancements - Leadership ability to effectively manage dealer teams, especially in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications - Experienced in Business/Management, Marketing, or Sales Management - Field sales experience with dealer/distributor development - Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and drive the future of aftermarket sales, we want to hear from you.
