Retail Customer Service Officer - Launceston TAS Company : Australia Post Work locations include: Launceston, Kings Meadows, Mowbray, George Town and Deloraine Post Offices Casual shifts will be offered between Monday to Saturday 8:45am - 5:15pm (after training is complete) Extensive, supportive training is provided in our Post Office on commencement in the role (Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.06pm for initial 4 weeks) Adult Casual Pay Rate: $32.37/hour and increases to $34.59/hour after probation period You'll be: Performing customer sales and service transactions with customers Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS) Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance
