The Role: Supporting the Project Team, your responsibilities include: Supporting the Project Manager's and Sales & Estimating Team with administrative tasks; ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely manner Providing quality professional services to customers and clients, both internal and external Producing tender documentation Managing all telephone enquiries relating to projects Printing and collating O&M Manuals, WHS documents, SWMS etc Scheduling, planning and preparing meetings, conference calls, agendas, minutes and distribution Managing and overseeing the reception staff & area Ad hoc administration duties as required The Person: This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced administrators to join an organisation that values their staff and provides a highly professional, positive and reputable environment. Minimum of 3 years experience in Office Administration is a must along with an intermediate level of computer skills i.e. MS Office Suite.
