As a result of significant growth, they now have a role available for a PA/Office Administrator. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role which will include a diverse range of duties, including client facing. This is an outstanding role where you can utilise and develop your skills with a company who can offer a long-term future. You will have great mentors and be part of a growing close-knit team and full training will be provided. Your main responsibilities and duties will include: · General reception duties including answering and redirecting telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail and general errands · Preparation of documents and general correspondence · Calendar management · Updating data bases and online statutory portals Liaison with government departments and professional bodies e.g. ATO, ASIC ,etc Administrative tasks including filling, scanning and photocopying Assisting with reconciliations and month end billings · Assisting to coordinate and execute corporate events manage all invitations, arrange catering and set up of the events. Contributing to continuous improvement goals of the firm Skills and Experience: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Team player Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask Strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail and have advanced computer skills with competent in use of MS Office applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Is motivated by being challenged and driven to exceed expectations Is passionate about people and goes above and beyond to provide a good client experience Possesses initiative and the ability to work flexibly within a team Demonstrated experience working in a public accounting practice or professional services sector would be viewed favourably A thinker that will contribute ideas to implementing efficiencies Strong team player who is eager to learn new tasks, systems, processes, and software What is in it for you?
