Supporting the Executive Assistant - an awesome full time position with a flexible hybrid model is available immediately A diverse, progressive and highly innovative financial services company who are based in the CBD, are seeking an Admin Assistant to join their firm on a full time basis. As the Team Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant, playing a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and fostering a positive work culture. This is an initial 2 month assignment. Responsibilities: Prepare and format presentations, reports, and correspondence Maintain up-to-date information and data across various platforms Welcome and assist visitors, partners, and stakeholders Handle telephone calls, inquiries, and urgent matters Provide responsive solutions aligned with the companies values Assist with invoice payments Coordinate team events and follow up with stakeholders Manage document control and organisation Act as a Superuser for workplace technologies Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in an administration role preferably from a corporate environment Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and oral communication skills Team player with initiative and autonomy Available for an immediate start for a 2 month assignment Benefits; CBD location with a corporate casual dress attire Flexible/ hybrid working arrangements Friendly, social and high performing environment This exciting opportunity is available immediately for the right person.
