Located on level 2 of the MidCity centre and spanning 4,437 sqm, our Pitt Street club is everything you'll ever need, right in the middle of the CBD. Inside you'll find 7 group exercise studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa & sauna, indoor climbing wall, relaxing sleep pods, luxury changeroom amenities, and a spacious café and lounge area, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. The gig: Reporting to the Membership Admin Manager, you'll deliver member administration and ensure extraordinary member satisfaction in all interactions. This is a full time gig located in our Pitt St club. In a nutshell: You'll ensure the records for each new member are accurate and all relevant data is captured in the member management system to enable a seamless direct debit payment process You'll follow-up on arrears collections and maintain detailed and accurate notes of actions You'll respond to queries about membership terms, club rules, policies and any other type of general query that ensures a seamless experience for members You'll complete service calls to members as requested You'll ensure all member feedback and complaints are handled effectively You'll record all communication with members in the member management system You'll find ways to give that little bit extra especially when it's unexpected About you: You have relevant customer service or administration experience and some exposure to arrears collection You have aligned experience. You may also have some call centre experience. A for you You are people-focused. You're warm, honest and genuine, going over and above to deliver impeccable customer service You are self-assured.
