Job Description The Opportunity Arc Infrastructure is a Registered Training Organisation that also provides training to third parties who access the Rail Corridor. It is critical to us that we provide material that is relevant, contemporary, and accessible. We are dedicating a resource to manage the end-to-end design and implementation of learning projects, including stakeholder consultation, storyboarding, design and build. Our current team are technical experts and require the support of someone who can help bring their ideas and knowledge to life. This can be either on a a Full-time or Part-time basis. The Role The Learning & Development team is a mix of experience and fresh eyes, and we are excited to bring in a resource to help us grow. It is expected our new starter will have the ability to work on everything from basic reformatting and document build to creating innovative, exciting activities that use modern technology. You will need to work autonomously, while also having interpersonal skills that put people at ease quickly, and be able to connect with a variety of working styles. Key tasks: Updating existing material to reflect modern templates, learning practices and design Scope, design and develop new learning materials Work with subject matter experts (SME's) to produce valuable instructional content, assessment and resources, with a focus on practical application Ensure the SME connected to the material is satisfied with the design and delivery of content Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes Work in and provide solutions for multiple delivery methods, including online, face to face, virtual/augmented reality, and others Experience required: Solid experience in building and implementing learning solutions, with VET sector experience desirable Strong interpersonal skills, able to create positive stakeholder relationships Good project management skills Excellent knowledge of LMS, and emerging technologies such as LXP and Virtual Reality Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Desirable: Experience with ELMO LMS and Power BI Ability to plan and produce professional graphics, animations and interactive multimedia resources, including video (desirable) RTO experience TAE 40116 Cert IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent); or TAE50211 Diploma in Training Design and Development (or equivalent) Working at Arc Infrastructure Working with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
