STATE SALES MANAGER - QUEENSLAND Base salary & attractive commission structure Qld Location - Base location negotiable Immediate start available National Labourhire company established 20 years Reporting to the Managing Director, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated State Sales Manager to develop, create and maintain relationships with new customers to enhance the viability and profitability of the business. Your experience may not necessarily be from the recruitment industry as we are happy to look at transferable skills and experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Under direction from the Managing Director, plan and execute strategies to achieve the sales and profit budgets for your state. Quote labourhire rates as required, from information obtained from customers. Conduct site visits for the purpose of understanding customer and safety requirements. Discuss with branch staff client specific requirements to ensure an accurated fill Be available for weekly sales meetings with other internal staff. Closely manage the key customer accounts of "your business" Be diligent in analysing your state in order that you establish a call/visit plan that maximises current customer contact and creates the opportunity to create new business. Using the Customer Relationship Management model (CRM) drive the long term viability of the business by ensuring strong customer relationships are fostered and managed across your state. Using your CRM information and analysing the market and competitor activity creating and carry out an appropriate call plan. Record and tabulate pertinent information on all competitor, customer and market activity on our CRM program, which reflect the execution of the sales plan. Submit a monthly sales and KPI report to management. Constantly enhance your skills so you are always capable of: Superior personal presentation and stance. A high level of personal performance in difficult situations. An ability to meet and negotiate with customers of all levels of authority and status. Carrying a professional image when representing the company. Maintaining a high level of personal integrity.
