Sales and Account Manager — Tullamarine, Hume Area

This role is based at Tullamarine works closely with our customers in Victoria. Reporting to the Head of Sales- Health and Personal Care and Processed Foods, you will: Ensure that the customer base is served including management of customer relationship, accurate and timely orders/forecasting/inventory/slow stock management and development of new product and business opportunities with both new and existing customers Develop and maintain Account Plans for customers Conduct regular customer business review meetings Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies Prepare and present detailed reporting and analysis on business activities, Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business Develop and update the sales plan to achieve the sales budget for the allocated accounts Preparing weekly forecasts as to the current and future months’ forecast sales for allocated accounts Represent the customer's "voice" within the business and ensuring that their experience throughout PACT is aligned with the strategic importance of the account Your skills and experience With experience in sales management and astute commercial acumen, you will also bring: Resilience with a strong desire to achieve, operational excellence and delivery of agreed growth objectives Strategic and collaborative approach that embeds and harnesses commitment to customer value and service excellence Entrepreneurial mindset, technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes is highly beneficial Enthusiasm and solutions provision in your Account Management Demonstrated commitment and belief of Safety in the workplace and working “Toward Zero Harm”
