Join us as Service Administrator for the Motion Business Area where you will be providing a range of administration tasks to support the Motion Services business to help increase customer satisfaction. Reporting to the East Coast region Manager this position will be based in Notting Hill or Moorebank, Australia. Your responsibilities Opening Service Orders in SAP (all orders booked within 24 hours with 100% accuracy i.e. correct amount, profit center, drive type, service description) and send details to FSM Reviewing documentation after completion of job, to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate Raising purchase requisitions for required materials according to policy. Receipting of purchase orders for all goods received against order Following up of jobs to ensure they can be invoiced immediately after work is complete). Timely issuance of invoices and upload copy to customer portal (when required) Supporting for credit recovery activities, including active follow up of receivables and disputes Raising weekly timesheet for Eagle Farm & Kewdale besides need to handle Ad hoc tasks as required Providing back-up support for others in case of sickness/absence/workload Handling CCRPs raised for any complaint or negative customer feedback.Managing weekly WIP review with FSM & Financial Controller (Optional) Your background Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar service administration role, preferably in the engineering industry. Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce & Microsoft Office. Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
