We encourage our people to innovate, be curious and drive their career to its full potential Your opportunity As a Contract's Administrator you will be across procurement, contract administration & financial reporting to achieve project WHS&E, commercial, quality & program objectives. Work with project teams for tender preparation, scope and specifications reviews, contractor communications, tender recommendations and contract negotiations. Prepare contracts & handle the contract execution process, cost management and reporting. Liaising Project Manager's and Key stakeholders, discussing plan works and contractor and supplier engagement. You will have overall accountability for: Manage all project commercial and financial activities to ensure completed works achieve the Work, Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E), time, cost and quality objectives for the project; Manage the procurement, establishment and administration of all allocated subcontracts and/or supply agreements. Ensure all commercial administration activities on the project are in accordance with Scentre policies and procedures; Ensure timely and accurate payment of subcontractors in compliance with legislative requirements Assist with Monthly Project Reporting Creating procurement strategies Negotiating great commercial outcomes What will set you apart from the rest?
