Apply Design new insurance products that will deliver on our future Motor product roadmap 12-month contract opportunity Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne location The Motor Product Design Specialist role plays an exciting role in the design and delivery of new Motor insurance products in Suncorp's business transformation program Digital Insurer (DI). DI is a business transformation program reimagining the products, propositions and experiences we will deliver for customers into the future. Reporting to the Manager Portfolio Strategy and Product Design - you will design new insurance products that will deliver on our future Motor product roadmap. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. What you'll do Lead the design and documentation of new Motor insurance products Take a product initiative from the Digital Insurer product pipeline and design how the product is structured and how it is experienced by our customers Take a customer focused approach and validate ideas through customer research, testing, and analysis Work closely with and manage both internal and external stakeholders to design solutions that meet the needs of both customers and the business Create and communicate analysis to justify design from a desirability, viability, and feasibility point of view Actively collaborate across the Consumer team and Digital Insurer program stakeholders including Portfolio, Pricing, Distribution, Claims, and external partners What you'll bring Demonstrated experience in product design, development and innovation Background within Insurance Employee benefits | Suncorp Group Suncorp Group is all about making a difference for people and in the communities, they call home.
