We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to elevate our established team Reporting to the Dayshift Supervisor, you will lead with integrity & enthusiasm, drive exceptional service, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve coaching and developing your team, leading and demonstrating 'best practice' in safety, and optimizing operational processes to improve productivity. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead & support a high-performing and diverse warehouse team, to achieve service targets, meet customer and stakeholder expectations, and optimize internal processes Oversee daily operations, including accountability for people, safety, service, and cost Manage team performance, monitor KPIs, and take proactive measures to meet targets Contribute to a positive safety culture, by demonstrating proactive & visible safety leadership Have a continuous improvement mindset, centered around operational efficiency Oversee inductions, onboarding, and training for new team members To be successful, you will have: A strong safety focus, and commitment to all relevant HSW policies & procedures Applicable warehousing experience and demonstrated leadership skills A genuine passion for developing & maintaining a positive team culture and work environment Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively The ability to coach, motivate and lead a high-performing and diverse team A strong commercial mindset, applied to all areas of daily operations Clear verbal and written communication skills, with intermediate computer skills CULTURE & BENEFITS A career with Blackwoods will offer you rewarding experiences and opportunities for growth and development.
