Our scope of services is a mix of engineering consultancy including concept design, feasibility and pre-feasibility, design review, site investigations, techno-economic advisory services, technical due diligence, construction management and owner's engineering services. Here's what you'll need: As an Operations Administrator in the Energy & Power group, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Geographic Leader and wider Energy & Power team. You will be the subject matter expert for Jacobs' processes and systems and provide guidance to various team members to assist in the efficient running of the Section, with the opportunity to work with the Technical Team to support with Project tasks. We are seeking a proactive professional based in Sydney with excellent communication skills, administrative experience preferably in an office environment, and the willingness to learn with the drive to: Facilitating the collection and collation of information and updating logs, documents, spreadsheets, and systems. Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings and recording and distributing meeting minutes. Assisting with the organisation of key in-person and virtual events for the Section. Adopting a continuous improvement approach to ensure the administration systems and processes are maintained and up to date. Assisting and supporting other Administrators with any overload duties and mentoring junior Administrators. Additional duties may include, but not be limited to, ordering PPE safety equipment, helping to coordinate the onboarding of new starters, Sydney office administrative tasks, preparing and processing expenses and invoices. Working towards a relevant tertiary qualification with a view to move into a technical role is highly desirable. Jacobs. A world where you can.
