About the role As a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher, you will be the primary contact between Stevenson Concrete and our customers. This represents one of the most important tasks in our business, especially as when working with concrete things can change very quickly, and communicating this is paramount. When you aren't dealing with customers or entering orders, you will be responsible for directing our truck fleet around Auckland to ensure that we do what we say, and get the concrete delivered on time. This role is the focal point of the concrete business and offers a unique position to be able to plan, direct, deliver, troubleshoot, and close out orders within a matter of hours. About you The successful applicant will be an individual who is looking for a dynamic role that will challenge them every day. As part of a wider Customer Service & Dispatch team, it will be important that you enjoy working in a high-pressure environment and could focus on your current tasks-at-hand. You should be able to communicate clearly and confidently.
