Based in our Homebush office, this intermediate-level position offers a unique chance to broaden your expertise across traditional and insurance sectors, focusing on Aged Care projects throughout New South Wales. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Provide accurate and timely cost reporting and financial management. Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual compliance and optimal financial outcomes. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and contract negotiations. Play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and systems. Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably within the commercial building sector. Familiarity with CHEOPS or equivalent construction management software is highly desirable. Strong skills in cost reporting and contract administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously. Keen interest and/or experience in the Aged Care sector is advantageous. Willingness to be upskilled in the insurance aspect of the role. Ability to work in a hybrid role, balancing responsibilities across insurance and traditional construction projects. Why Join.
