It is an American founded, German logistics company providing courier, package delivery and express mail service. The Role: Reporting to the Administration Manager and working as part of the Customer Service Team you will be providing key support to customers. You will work directly with customers to provide support and address general enquiries. Answering phone calls, inbound and outbound Respond to all enquiries in a proactive manner and ensure that each person receives the information and assistance they require. Data Entry Direct link to the warehouse and office Administration functions Provide backup support to the sales team Requirements: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience - essential Experience working in a fast-paced environment Proactive and professional manner Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion Excellent communication and relationship building skills MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel A national Police Check is required for this role.
