Join Australia's most trusted financial comparison companies as our Casual Client Coordinator As part of the Canstar Blue Distribution team, the Client Coordinator is responsible for supporting the functions of the broader commercial team, including marketing asset production and distribution, such as logos and presentation decks The role reports directly to the Group Manager, Canstar Blue Distribution. Key Responsibilities Ensure high level of awareness of relevant revenue targets and forecasts to support the commercial team to achieve budget Prepare and coordinate the creation and delivery of certificates and trophies for Canstar Blue award winners Award logo creation and draft new licence agreements Prepare research analyses and customer verbatims for client presentations Prepare digital media kits and client presentations Assist in the production of client proposals where necessary Review client award usage in marketing and provide feedback/approval in a timely manner Assist with B2B client contact strategy including compliance checks, creative approvals, linkbacks and client testimonials Support digital account management team as and when required i.e. reporting, invoicing, client meetings etc Ensure that all contracts and appropriate documentation is saved and stored in line with business requirements (including filing as required) Ensure that all existing contacts and accounts are correct in the CRM system (i.e. maintenance) Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
