Staff Australia are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators within the warehousing/logistics/distribution industry. Our client provides a comprehensive range of industry leading PVC, Ductile Iron, Polyethylene, Mild Steel and Glass Reinforced Polyester pipe, fitting and valve solutions across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Due to considerable growth, our client has multiple High-Reach Forklift positions available for reliable and proactive individuals to join their team based in Rocklea. Shifts rostered between Mon-Fri with 6am-7am starts. Payrate $33 per hour Temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate. Shifts: Monday to Friday - 6am-7am starts - $33 p/h (8 hours shifts) Responsibilities Picking and grading pipe orders manually and via forklift - high reach experience necessary Pick and Pack of Orders Paper Pick - stock is 20kg-25kg pipes on average Other manufacturing and warehouse duties as required About you A proactive-can do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and advancement in your role. Physically capable to perform manual handling tasks. Hold a current valid forklift (LF) licence - reach experience necessary Be eager to learn and adapt to daily challenges. Own reliable transport Available to start immediately. Ability to work independently and within a team. Work safely and efficiently with great attention to detail.
