Our client provides expert advice on building and structure damage caused by fire, water, foundation movement, impact, storm damage, and other causes. You will be involved in the design and drafting of rectification works to damaged properties as well as scopes of works for repairs. Responsibilities: Work closely with Engineers on scopes of work for repair. Create working drawings for tendering purposes and local authority submissions. Collaborate with clients and other professionals to ensure repair plans are effective and meet building codes. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements: Relevant qualification Proven experience as a draftsperson or building designer. Strong technical and skills, with a focus on residential projects Knowledge of BCA and Residential Timber Framed Construction preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
