Duties include but are not limited to: Proactive management of customers within the assessment center and repairer networks. Working independently and towards strict deadlines. Reduce leakage through effective management of hire car duration. Taking responsibility for the management and progression of claims. Address challenges and influence outcomes to attain the best result.
