Production and Design Coordinator — Canberra Region, Australian Capital Territory

About the team - The production and design team, within the Marketing Branch, are responsible for the development of high-quality design, video and multimedia content for the ASC whilst also leading the brand style guide management and implementation. About the branch - The Marketing Branch leads the development, implementation and evaluation of the ASC Marketing Strategy and builds brand awareness and equity for the ASC. The branch develops individual, evidence-based marketing plans to promote the ASC's strategic priorities through paid, owned and earned channels, using engaging creative assets. About the role - The Production and Design Coordinator is a critical function within the Marketing Branch. This role is integral in coordinating workflow processes for the Production and Design team. Key responsibilities of this role include: 1. Coordinate workflow for the video production, design team and marketing teams, including assisting to prioritise projects and being the main contact point for business areas. 2. Coordinate and prioritise project timeframes to meet critical milestones and deadlines, whilst adopting effective communication techniques 3. Assist the video production team in the delivery of key projects including providing support for ASC live events, talent liaison and briefing processes, 4. Assist to plan, capture and curate content in other media formats including photography, webinars, transcripts, and podcasts as part of the ASC content strategy. 5. Provide administration support to the marketing branch including archiving, procurement, invoice processing, briefing and reporting. 6. Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team, establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality business outcomes. About you - We are looking for a passionate, creative, and organised go-getter with high levels of attention to detail to make significant impact. Someone who is eager to provide providing vital support for the Production and Design team in the areas of workflow and project management, whilst also focused on personal growth and development. The successful candidate will have: • Tertiary qualifications in business administration, video production and/or graphic design environments. • Demonstrated experience in administration, coordinating video production, photography, graphic design, and/or multimedia projects. • Demonstrated high proficiency in Mac and Windows operating systems (Note: experience in Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Famed IO is advantageous) • Strong management and organisational skills with demonstrated experience of working as part of a team across multiple projects. • A keen eye for detail and experience with quality control is advantageous.
